role demonstrating supervisory skills, team leadership, program
development, and project management. Demonstrated leadership in
understanding and applying regulatory, licensure and accreditation
standards in healthcare services. Demonstrated understanding in
applying federal and NYS workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, OSH
Act, NYS disability, PLF, and return to work policies, processes,
procedures and programs.
Previous direct experience leading an Employee Health service. Previous direct experience in managing Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, OSH Act, New York State Disability, PFL and return to work programs.

Ability to facilitate project management, work effectively under
pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the
spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Familiarity
with NYSDOH, JCAHO and other related regulations. Excellent

analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to deal
effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Must be able to work at multiple locations on any given day through
use of their own transportation.

manages the Workers Compensation and Disability programs. The
incumbent manages the Leave of Absence Program. The incumbent
oversees the Employee Health Program for all sites and operations. Will serve on select committees and may,
at times, chair task forces/committees. The incumbent will ensure
compliance with all appropriate state/federal regulations.
