Alex Bakker is the Owner, President, and Executive Recruiter at USA Staffing Network.
With more than 26 years in talent acquisition, including 18 years focused on healthcare, he's built a career on understanding what makes the right hire actually work, not just look good on paper.
A lifelong Rochester native, Alex spends his summers chasing sunsets across the Finger Lakes, exploring the Thousand Islands, and hiking the Adirondacks with his family.
If you ask him, Upstate New York has some of the best-kept secrets in the country, and he's happy to tell you about them.
